About me

My parents named me Allmighty Master Supreme. That's the real name, not a stage name.

I've been in marketing and advertising for about 30 years, I run Supreme Team Media out of Carlsbad, and since 2013 I've been posting what I've learned about health, wealth, relationships, and self for free.

I design systems. For businesses, that means AI operations and revenue systems. For life, it means the same thing: fewer decisions postponed, more decisions made, and a week that runs like it was designed.

This site is the organized version of all of it. Start with the blog, or get the best of it every Friday.
